Govs Preview Day Academic & Organization Fair Sign-Up Spring '26

The Office of Admissions needs your assistance with recruiting new students by participating in the upcoming Govs Preview Day Academic and Organization Fair on Saturday, February 8th. Please see below for details: 

When: Saturday, February 7th

Where: Red Barn Gymnasium

Event Time: 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Each reservation comes with a table, two chairs and a white tablecloth. If you bring more than two representatives (this includes faculty, staff, and student representatives), please be prepared to bring your own chair or stand. If you need to request more than one table, please indicate that in the "additional requests" section of the form. Electricity is available upon request on a limited basis. If you would like access to electricity, please indicate that in the "additional requests" section. Electricity access will be first come, first served and is not guaranteed. 

The Food Hall will be open and the Office of Admissions will have complimentary vouchers available if you would like to eat lunch on campus at the conclusion of the fair.

The table and chairs for each department/office/organization will be set up by 9:45 a.m. All fair participants must be set up 15 minutes prior to the start of the event (10:15 a.m.). Registration for the fair will close on February 4th at 12:00 p.m.
